Safety Officer’s primary responsibility is to ensure a safe working environment by implementing and overseeing health and safety policies and procedures. They identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and enforce preventative measures to minimize accidents and injuries. Safety Officers also monitor compliance with regulations, develop safety programs, and educate employees on safe work practices.
